Cajun Jambalaya
Choose shrimp, chicken or a combination of both, sautéed with sausage, peppers and onions in a spicy Cajun sauce with rice. The spices are toned down, but if you can handle the heat, we can add more fire!

Sautéed shrimp, scallops, crab meat and sausage in a spicy Cajun sauce with peppers, onions and rice. This is mild but we can kick it up a notch if you can handle the heat!

Our lean 10oz house steak, tenderized and sautéed with mushrooms and burgundy wine and topped with Béarnaise sauce.
Blackened Salmon
8oz Atlantic salmon with light Cajun seasoning and pan fried.
Beef Stroganoff
Tender beef tips and mushrooms in a delicious rich gravy, served over rice pilaf or noodles with a house salad.
Baltimore Tortellini
Sautéed shrimp, crab meat and vegetables over a bed of cheese tortellini smothered with cream of crab sauce.
Chicken Chesapeake
Chicken breast stuffed with crab meat, broccoli and cheese, baked and topped with Alfredo sauce.
Pan Fried Rockfish
Generous portion of rockfish lightly seasoned, floured and pan fried.
Chicken à la Oscar
Sautéed chicken breast topped with asparagus, crab meat and topped with Hollandaise sauce, served with one side.
